SERVICES
Building services, planned around your project.
Whether you’re starting a new home, adding space or improving an existing building, every project begins with a conversation about what you need.

01
New Builds
Building new homes from the ground up, working from your approved plans and coordinating each stage on site.
WHAT IT INVOLVES
A new build starts with your drawings, planning permission and specification. We review these with you, talk through any practical considerations, and agree a clear scope of work before anything begins on site.
Once work starts, the project typically moves through groundworks and foundations, the structure, roofing, first fix services, plastering and second fix, then finishes and handover. We coordinate the trades involved and keep you informed as each stage progresses.
PROJECTS IT MAY SUIT
A new detached or semi-detached home
Replacement dwellings on an existing site
Self-build clients who want a contractor to manage the build
How to start
Send us a short description of your project and where it is. If you have drawings or planning details, mention them and we’ll arrange a time to talk.
02
Extensions
Adding space to your existing home with extensions that are planned carefully around how you live.
WHAT IT INVOLVES
An extension connects new construction to an existing building, so careful planning matters. We look at access, structure, services and how the work will affect day-to-day life in the house while it is underway.
Work usually includes foundations, the new structure and roof, opening up into the existing house, and the internal finishes that bring old and new together.
PROJECTS IT MAY SUIT
Single or two-storey rear and side extensions
Kitchen and living space extensions
Additional bedrooms or home offices
How to start
Send us a short description of your project and where it is. If you have drawings or planning details, mention them and we’ll arrange a time to talk.

03
Renovations
Updating, repairing and reconfiguring existing buildings so they work better for the years ahead.
WHAT IT INVOLVES
Renovation work can range from a single room to a whole house. Older buildings often reveal things once work begins, so we take time at the start to understand the property and agree how any unexpected findings will be handled.
Typical work includes internal alterations, structural changes, new floors, walls and ceilings, upgraded services and finishes.
PROJECTS IT MAY SUIT
Whole-house refurbishments
Reconfiguring internal layouts
Updating period or older properties
How to start
Send us a short description of your project and where it is. If you have drawings or planning details, mention them and we’ll arrange a time to talk.
04
General Building Works
Smaller and specialist building jobs handled with the same care and attention as larger projects.
WHAT IT INVOLVES
Not every project is a full build. General building works cover the practical jobs that keep a property sound and useful, from masonry and structural repairs to outbuildings and alterations.
We will talk through what you need, visit the site where appropriate, and agree the scope and cost before work is scheduled.
